Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 8, 2026
Introduction
Vitrora Technologies (“Vitrora”, “we”, “us”) is a technology company registered in Tamil Nadu, India, that designs and builds software products for clients. This policy explains what information we collect through vitrora.io and our communication channels, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and business communications; it does not cover products we build and operate on behalf of clients, which carry their own privacy policies.
Information we collect
We collect information in three ways:
- Information you give us. When you email us, message us on WhatsApp, call us, or book a call, we receive your name, contact details, company name, and whatever you share about your project.
- Scheduling data. Call bookings are handled by Cal.com, which collects your name, email address, and chosen time slot under its own privacy policy.
- Analytics data. We use Umami, a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool, to understand aggregate site usage pages visited, referrer, browser, and country. It does not use cookies or identify you personally.
Our website has no user accounts and collects no payment information.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- respond to inquiries and scope projects;
- prepare proposals, contracts, and invoices, and deliver services;
- schedule and conduct calls you request;
- improve our website using aggregated analytics;
- comply with legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Legal bases
Where the GDPR (EEA/UK) or India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 applies, we process personal data on the basis of: taking steps toward or performing a contract with you; our legitimate interest in operating and improving our business and website; your consent, where required; and compliance with legal obligations.
Sharing and service providers
We share personal information only with service providers who need it to operate our business, under their own safeguards:
- our website hosting and email infrastructure providers;
- professional advisers (accounting, legal) and authorities where the law requires it.
Some providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Client project confidentiality
Material you share with us about your product, including ideas, designs, code, credentials, and business information, is treated as confidential, used only to deliver the engagement, shared only with team members working on it, and covered by our contracts and any NDA we sign with you.
Cookies and analytics
Our website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Umami analytics runs without cookies and stores no personal identifiers. Embedded third-party widgets (such as the Cal.com booking flow) may set functional cookies governed by their own policies.
Data retention
We keep correspondence and project records for as long as needed to deliver services and handle follow-ups, and thereafter as required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. Aggregated analytics contain no personal identifiers and may be kept indefinitely. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see your rights below).
Security
We protect information using HTTPS across our site, reputable infrastructure vendors, access limited to the people who need it, and disciplined handling of client credentials and secrets. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep risk low and will inform you of any breach affecting your data as required by law.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to complain to a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, email support@vitrora.io. We respond within a reasonable time and verify requests before acting on them.
Third-party links
Our website links to external services such as LinkedIn, GitHub, and WhatsApp. Once you leave our site, those services process your data under their own privacy policies.
Children
Our website and services are directed at businesses and are not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes are reflected in the “Last updated” date above, and the current version always lives at this page.
